Matt Katz, Managing Partner and Head of Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods, and Nick Kramer, Vice President of Digital and Analytics, were quoted in Retail TouchPoints on why they think retailers will continue to provide contactless shopping options well after the pandemic ends.

Matt expresses that many trends developed during the pandemic will have a lasting impact stating, “Contactless delivery has become a vital lifeline in retail commerce. Many of the new consumer behaviors that have taken hold over this pandemic could well stick, particularly those around hygiene.” Nick furthers this point saying, “Retailers are meeting a pent-up demand that won’t diminish even when fears of COVID-19 infection are safely behind us.”
