Lavanya Agarwal: Lavanya has developed analytical and research skills in marketing, corporate finance, and strategy. She is skilled in creating dashboards, analyzing industry and company trends.

Boston Blake: Boston brings extensive knowledge in creating and executing business strategies in the insurance, telecom, and e-commerce industries. His experience includes leading large process and digital transformations, organizational restructuring and optimization, conducting vendor evaluations, and building roadmaps for offshoring work.

Pierre Buhler: Pierre is a Managing Director with 20+ years of experience in consulting and line management with a focus on banking and technology. He uses data to drive business results that allow clients to realize quantifiable and verifiable financial impact. His experience covers the use of Al-driven decision-making, structured and unstructured data-driven analyses, operations, strategic sourcing, and restructuring.

Lindsey Choate: Lindsey develops, documents, and delivers process innovations and business strategies. Her expertise includes project management, business analysis, risk management, enterprise implementation, and process improvement.

Lokesh Garg: Lokesh is a Director who focuses on identifying high-impact and high-return improvement opportunities, with extensive experience in large-scale, end-to-end transformation initiatives specific to Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets industries. In his 20+ years of experience, he has developed key skills in strategy development, project management, financial and operational analysis, process mapping, customer journey mapping, organizational alignment, and business case development.  

Nathan Genstein: Nathan is experienced in both strategy and technical consulting roles where he developed his data analysis, analytical modeling, and communication skills.

Doug Godine: Doug joins us from the University of Virginia with prior roles in the sports and legal industries. He developed research, reporting, and analytical skills working at Sidley Austin, the Baltimore Ravens, and the University of Virginia baseball team.

Luke Gordon: Luke has worked in consulting, M&A advisory, and private equity where he focused on research, competitive analysis, and market sizing.

Ian Goudy: Ian has 20+ years of global experience in supply chain and operations. He has accelerated growth and maximized EBITA for multiple Fortune 300 companies by establishing strategic direction, operating cost reductions, and production efficiency. Ian’s expertise includes operational leadership, manufacturing, systems, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and procurement.

Divya Malhotra: Divya brings experience in product development and consulting roles. She has worked in Retail, Ecommerce, Health Science, and FinTech and developed skills in digital transformation, product management, and client relationship management.

Riley Munson: Riley helps clients better optimize, measure, and manage their business. His works focused on process optimization, journey mapping, building data flows, and improving operating models through process implementation.

Amanda Palamar: Amanda brings experience in general business management, computer science, and programming. She leverages critical thinking, advanced communications, and uses data to tell a story.

Jim Quallen: Jim is a Managing Director with 25 years of global business and capability-building experience as a consultant, founder, and interim executive for both public and Private Equity-owned companies. He has vast experience in data-driven selling and customer targeting and has helped over 100 organizations apply quantitative approaches to customer segmentation, offer design, pricing, and competitive intelligence.

Hannah Valencia: Hannah leverages her creative and analytical thinking skills and experiences in sales, marketing, and wealth management to enhance digital experiences and improve client outcomes.
