The company sought to explore if GenAI could accelerate insights and status reporting across workstreams.
Approach
- Implemented a proprietary “RAG Ultra” agent to ingest project documentation with inconsistent formats
- Leveraged a bimodal approach combining OCR and NLP techniques to read project documentation, resulting in accuracy and fidelity impossible with pure RAG
- Iterated agent based on feedback and additional documentation
- Produced a prescriptive output focused on complex program management for each slide and across project documents
