Approach

Our team started by examining operations across major business units including creating high-resolution views of production costs and labor performance and evaluating talent capabilities. We uncovered opportunities to reduce labor via increased throughput utilization, location rationalization, and low-skill labor offshoring, as well as opportunities to unlock growth through re-engineering customer-facing policies. We deployed Zero-Based Budgeting to strategically manage costs and realized optimized production economics and business growth through the buildout of new delivery capabilities.
