Approach

The SSA & Company team identified ways to drive growth and engage consumers across the path to purchase with a digital experience audit. We assessed digital maturity through DIITM, AI-driven surveys, internal & external benchmarks, and research, and planned to build digital capabilities through training/ upskilling, org design, and effective ways of working.
