We developed and implemented auditable process and system controls, and dashboards, reports, and KPIs to improve and predict utilization. We provided visibility into the business performance via BI dashboards, including prioritized, near-term opportunities and built future-state process maps to inform ERP requirements with complete buy-in from functional owners, driving alignment across the business.
