SSA & Company Expands Senior Team with Digital-Focused Managing Director

We are excited to announce the addition of Vinod Prashad as Managing Director, Digital & Analytics at SSA & Company. As part of the Leadership Team, Vinod will play an integral role in the continued growth of the firm’s digital transformation capability and advanced analytics offerings.

Vinod comes to SSA with more than 20 years of experience in senior consulting roles serving clients in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Vinod leads high-impact, analytics-driven transformation engagements across a wide range of companies from Fortune 50 through privately owned mid-market portfolio companies and deploys cutting-edge, advanced analytical techniques, facilitating operating model transformations, and supporting M&A activities.

Digital advancement continues to be one of the most important aspects of business transformation across all industries we work in,” said John Rodgers, COO and Managing Partner. “Vinod’s extensive experience and ability to deploy new tools and methods to derive insights and drive transformation will bring great value to our clients.”

Before joining SSA & Company, Vinod held senior strategy and analytics roles with world-class companies, including Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting. As a co-founder of Essex Lake Group, he helped build the firm into a leader in digital transformation. Vinod received his MBA from Wharton Business School and began his career at McKinsey & Company.

“As we continue to guide our clients through their new normal of hybrid work and changing customer expectations, we have a unique opportunity to do even more with digital,” said David Niles, CEO. “Vinod’s leadership and ability to deliver lasting and impactful results make him a great asset for our team.”
