Wil Davis
Data Scientist
Wil brings over a decade of experience leveraging data science best practices and business transformation to drive cost savings and operational effectiveness. He is recognized for his ability to build strong relationships with strategic business partners to deliver impactful results. Wil has expertise in the areas of machine learning, predictive modeling, data science strategy, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, Wil spent 10 years at Worthington Industries, where he produced solutions to drive improvements first as a member of the Transformation team and later as a Data Scientist on the Corporate Data and Analytics team. Before that, Wil served as a Financial Analyst at Mettler-Toledo International.
Wil lives in New Jersey and is a member of New Jersey Search and Rescue. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.
