Victor Borba
Associate Director
Victor joined SSA & Company in 2019 and has been working with the financial services practice since then. Victor has worked on many different projects that have included helping clients with strategic financial analysis, cost reduction, data collection and modeling, procurement analysis, and organizational design. In addition to all his client engagements, Victor supports multiple internal activities with involvement in the solutions committee and recruiting efforts.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, Victor spent over five years in operations management and management consulting roles working on continuous improvement projects, applying lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies (e.g., SMED, Kaizen) and other technological tools (e.g., IoT), to reduce costs and improve processes performance across multiple industries.
Originally from Brazil, Victor now lives in Florida with his wife, son, and two dogs. Outside the work, he enjoys reading non-fiction books (always open to suggestions), tasting food and wine, and looking for the best beaches around the world.
