Nidhi Dube

Nidhi is a seasoned management consultant with over 15 years of experience assisting financial services clients with their customer growth strategy, core operations strategy, business transformation, and process optimization programs. She also has experience working in technology consulting, which provides her the foundation to assist clients with their digital vision.
During her career, Nidhi has managed multi-disciplinary engagement teams including strategy, customer, data analytics, and operations competencies to solve complex issues for Fortune 500 clients in the US, Australia, and globally.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, she was a management consultant at KPMG Australia, and at IBM Global Business Services. Nidhi has also worked in one of Australia’s largest banks, providing her with relevant corporate experience to better assist her clients.
Nidhi is a member of the firm’s Culture Committee. She is based in New York City and during her non-work hours, loves yoga and hiking in nature.
