Lokesh focuses on identifying high-impact and high-return improvement opportunities, with extensive experience in large-scale, end-to-end transformation initiatives specific to Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets industries. In his 20+ years of experience, Lokesh has developed key skills in strategy development, project management, financial and operational analysis, process mapping, customer journey mapping, organizational alignment, and business case development.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, he spent time at General Electric, West Interactive Services, and Protective Life delivering operational improvement, organizational redesign, technology adoption, and change management initiatives.
Lokesh is based in Chicago. In his non-work hours, you can find him enjoying golf or spending time with family.
