Jordan Heichel

With over 15 years of consulting experience, Jordan has built a specialized knowledge base in the areas of business strategy, IT, operations, process improvement, design thinking, and project management. As a Senior Director with SSA & Company, Jordan primarily supports the financial services practice, with a focus on leading digital transformation, process automation, and cost reduction strategies for clients.

Jordan holds certifications as Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and IBM’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Prior to joining SSA, Jordan was a Senior Managing Consultant with IBM’s Global Business Services. During his tenure, Jordan directly supported the Managing Partner as the Chief of Staff where he developed and oversaw the execution of strategic initiatives across the 3,500-person consulting practice with annual revenue of $2 billion. Additionally, Jordan led numerous multi-million dollar IT projects through business process re-engineering and the system development life cycle. Jordan’s experience expands globally as he has led consulting engagements in Mexico, United Kingdom, Morocco, Brazil and Singapore.

Jordan is based in Philadelphia, PA. In his non-work hours, he enjoys visiting the beach and traveling to new destinations.
