David Clark
Director
David brings over 20 years of experience driving strategic planning, operational transformation, and large-scale program execution across both public and private sector organizations. He partners with executive leaders to solve complex challenges—focusing on enterprise strategy, process reengineering, and organizational transformation—to deliver measurable, lasting impact.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, David served as Enterprise Strategy Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In that role, he provided strategic advisory and internal consulting to senior leadership, led Bank-wide transformation initiatives, and helped establish the Bank’s Rapid Process Innovation and Business Process Modeling capabilities. He also played a key role in designing the future-state operating model for the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), the benchmark successor to LIBOR.
David is based in New York City and enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, watching history documentaries, playing pick-up basketball, and cheering on University of Virginia athletics.
