Brian Nordyke

Vice President

Brian is a Vice President at SSA & Company and works primarily within the Financial Services and Private Equity practices. In this role, Brian leads teams as an engagement manager in focus areas such as organizational and operational model redesign, cost to serve and market profitability analysis, consolidation and relocation strategies, and portfolio optimization & resource allocation. Prior to joining SSA & Company, Brian was a Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, where he led new solutions development for the Wealth Management & Financial Markets practice. His primary areas of focus included business development & strategy surrounding client and advisor engagement models, integration of Watson capabilities into private wealth advisor platforms, and private wealth management client segmentation strategies.

Brian is a member of the Professional Development Committee and is a Junior Resource Development Lead. Outside of work, he is involved in Pro Bono consulting for PennPAC and is a board member for CityRocks Mentoring Program. He enjoys rock climbing, biking, as well as playing lawn and board games.
