Andreas Tjirkalli

Andreas is an experienced consultant advising on project management and change development across finance, operations, IT, and regulation. His over 16 years of experience earned him skills in client delivery, restructuring, operational efficiencies, large-scale system migration, and more.
Prior to his current role, Andreas worked for over 5 years as a Change and Deployment Program Manager at HSBC advising the Global COO and CFO functions on how best to implement strategic change programs. Before HSBC, Andreas held senior positions within EY, PwC, and Accenture, including interim CFO & COO positions for financial services clients.
Andreas was born and raised in London and currently resides in the city. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, rowing, reading, and theatre.
