Tricia Madden

Tricia Madden is Vice President of Human Resources for the Council Advisors, a unique business partnership that combines the world’s best C-level learning communities with a handful of professional services firms. Tricia partners with leadership across the businesses of Council Advisors guiding and managing talent programs and the HR team to support the overall strategic direction of Council Advisors’ growing businesses both domestically and internationally. Tricia is based in New York.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, Tricia held roles in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search for Standard & Poor’s, Heidrick & Struggles, MSCI Inc., and Morgan Stanley.
In addition to her work with SSA & Company and Council Advisors, she is on the Executive Committee for Westchester County’s College of the Holy Cross Alumni Association chapter. In her free time, Tricia enjoys practicing yoga, riding Peloton, and being near water as much as possible.
