Senior Director
Thomas Johnson is a Senior Director focused primarily on the Financial Services practice. He specializes in organizational design and process reengineering, capacity and efficiency analysis, and go-to-market strategy. Placing special emphasis on client partnership, he has worked with teams across dozens of functions and roles from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
With over a decade of data-driven work experience, Thomas utilizes a host of analytical and empirical methods in his projects. In addition to his financial services project work, he has spent time in corporate banking and portfolio management, sales operations and analytics, and accounting.
Thomas has held several leadership and advisory positions among SSA & Company’s internal committees and is actively involved in recruiting and mentoring efforts.
He is based in North Carolina and can always make time for a conversation about college basketball and football.
