Paul Giessler
Senior Director Paul Giessler joined SSA & Company in 2002 and serves as Senior Director. In this role, he partners with senior leaders, managers, and process personnel to drive improvements in business operations, optimize the process/technology interface and build internal capabilities that create enduring change within the organization. Over the years, Paul has lead numerous large-scale projects from concept to completion; working with companies to successfully implement project-level tracking tools and process performance metrics that ensure efficiency gains are sustained long after the project has closed.
