Kathy partners with clients across various industry sectors to transform organizations through operational assessments, design, process optimization, data analytics, change management, project management, training, and mentoring. Kathy brings over 22 years of experience including many large-scale transformations focused on elevating operating performance, driving associate engagement, and enhancing the client experience. She has trained over 1200 leaders on process improvement, design, data analytics, program management, and change management. She holds various certifications, including a Black Belt (AlliedSignal, GE) Master Black Belt (GE), Lean Master (SSA & Company), and Agile Certification (SAFe 6.0).
Prior to joining SSA & Company, Kathy served as a research scientist conducting multiple Design of Experiments (DOE) and extensive quality testing to optimize the chemical composition for laminate engineered materials. Kathy also led the manufacturing and process scale up across 5 facilities. Her focus on material reliability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and press cycle optimization delivered $3.1 million in benefits. She was awarded the Quality Leader award for Operational Excellence.
Kathy is based in Minneapolis and is a collaborator on the Professional Development Committee. Non-work hours find Kathy at the baseball field, football field, or on the basketball court for a workout or watching her boys play ball.
