Bob Silvers
Managing Director Bob leads our Industrial and Knowledge Transfer business practices. He leverages 25+ years of experience delivering sustainable operations and financial improvements focusing on people, process, data, technology, and advanced analytics. Prior, he was Master Black Belt in the NBC – CNBC Division for GE, Master Black Belt with Allied Signal, and Research Engineer at Allied Signal, where he received two US patents and co-authored various publications. He has led more than 60 Lean Six Sigma, Executive, Champion, and Black Belt waves of training, reaching 2000+ participants, including American Express, DuPont, Ford, Toshiba, and more. He co-authored The Black Belt Memory Jogger.
