Nick Kramer offers his thoughts on what to consider when building a pragmatic AI strategy in this diginomica article.

Nick explains the opportunities associated with AI, “Business strategy can’t be guided by theoretical risks of AI, no matter how dire, just as it can’t be guided by theoretical benefits, no matter how promising. He outlines the role of the C-suite in implementing a successful AI strategy, “Executives don’t need to be AI experts, but they should possess a fundamental understanding of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies. This knowledge will aid in alignment and help in evaluating potential risks and opportunities.”
