People in the order department, in sales, legal, and on the installation side—every office had their own spreadsheets they ran their schedules on. None of the communication was happening and the data wasn’t flowing. So you had to go office by office to find out who was doing what and how well, and which delays were unsolvable and which ones could be addressed.”
