A specialty dental organization wanted to create a sustainable operating platform for acquisition. The company needed help assessing opportunities and identifying benefits for centralization and regionalization of select functions at the corporate level.
Approach
The SSA & Company team assessed leadership and key management personnel and conducted interviews with subject matter experts, analyzed company data, and compared business and performance metrics to benchmark adjacent businesses. We held working sessions with company leadership to gain finding and recommendation buy-in, identified opportunities for operating performance improvement and tech platform migration, and defined back-office and field structure. Our team developed a platform for combined company to sustain revenue and EBITDA growth and provided capabilities to create value and reduce costs through employee scheduling and patient visit leverage.
