Approach
- Unified the organization under a common objective and implemented weekly leadership reviews to reinforce accountability, alignment, and execution
- Established focused KPIs and “must wins” and clearly communicated them across organization to guide daily, monthly, and long-term performance
- Enacted regular Lean goal deployment to ensure learnings were applied and new initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Conducted post-project validation through Leader Standard Work to enable timely adjustments and sustained results
- Implemented structured PMO and centralized dashboard to foster visibility and highlight results of 450+ Lean projects
