Wayne Dix serves as Principal at SSA & Company and leads the healthcare practice. His expertise lies in operations, customer service, and technology transformations for growth and efficiency, including post-merger integrations and turnarounds, in insurance and healthcare services.
Wayne is Co-Chair of the firm’s Engagement Management CoE. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on his family farm and driving around New England in his 1954 vintage Chrysler.
