Associate Director
Rooshang is an Associate Director bringing 5+ years of experience in developing and executing operational improvement plans with a focus on cost reduction and business transformation. Rooshang has worked on several projects to help companies across industries optimize working capital, enhance EBITDA margins, and successfully undergo transformation. Most notably, he worked to successfully carve out a SaaS company from a Fortune 50 company by standing up internal business processes and IT systems. His team worked with various vendors and business leaders to ensure global Day-1 readiness with minimal interruptions to business operations. Rooshang has experience working with several manufacturing and transportation companies.
Rooshang is a member of the firm’s Culture Committee and Business Development CoE. Outside of work, Rooshang enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and tailgating at Giants games on Sundays.
