Roosh is a Director with extensive experience in developing and executing operational improvement plans, specializing in cost reduction and business transformation. He has led numerous initiatives across industries, helping companies optimize working capital, enhance EBITDA margins, and successfully navigate transformative change. Notably, Roosh played a key role in the carve-out of a SaaS company from a Fortune 50 corporation, where he designed future-state business processes and coordinated cross-functional teams. His work with vendors and business leaders ensured global Day-1 readiness, minimizing disruptions to business operations during the transition.
Roosh’s expertise includes organizational design, process reengineering, capacity and efficiency analysis, and financial analysis, driving measurable improvements in both operational performance and bottom-line results.
Roosh is a member of the firm’s Solutions CoE. Outside of work, Roosh enjoys traveling to new destinations and anything outdoors.
