Prior to joining SSA & Co., he trained and coached continuous improvement teams across eight U.S. manufacturing sites, helping them consistently achieve annual cost savings targets. His career spans nearly 20 years in the oil and gas sector and more than a decade in automotive manufacturing, with additional experience in pharmaceuticals, private equity, and food industries. Rodney has excelled in multinational environments and is recognized for helping organizations build stronger, more capable teams that can sustain high performance.
