Jill brings over 25 years of industry and consulting experience leading transformational change, developing strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable results. She specializes in Financial Services Operations and Risk Efficiency, Transformation, and Program Management, with extensive experience driving value for top-ten investment and commercial banks across public markets.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, Jill was at Citi in the Office of the CAO, where she led Enterprise Controls Board Reporting and Risk Governance for End User Computing. Before joining Citi, Jill was the Global Head of Business Transformation and the Head of Americas Operations and for Credit Suisse.
Jill spent the majority of her career at Goldman Sachs where her roles included Chief Operating Officer of Securities Division Operations, Global Co-Head of Regulatory Operations and Global Head of Operations Business Architecture and Project Delivery.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Jill held strategy and change management positions at Morgan Stanley in Technology and Firm Management. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Jill worked as a management consultant for Mitchell Madison Group.
