Vice PresidentJason brings two decades of Financial Services consulting experience success. He works shoulder-to-shoulder with senior executives to drive end-to-end transformations by identifying the root causes of business challenges and creating solutions that boost the growth and improve operational efficiency necessary to impact profitability. He has earned a reputation for being able to simplify complex problems and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver value to his clients.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, Jason last served as Digital Product Engineering and Operating Model Leader at IBM Consulting, where he worked with top institutions across industries such as Wealth Management, Insurance, and Capital Markets. Notable business-led initiatives include creating Generative AI-driven marketing strategies, tactics to boost client engagement, establishing shared services centers of excellence, defining the multi-$mm value case and capabilities of a quote-to-claim, digital Group Benefits platform, and co-creating fintech solutions for a wealth management firm to capture greater wallet share. Additionally, Jason has extensive experience in post-merger operating model design and scaled agility, FX and futures business conversions at 95%+ precision, delivering non-US$ equity and fixed income trading operations strategies to harmonize processes, and strategic communications and alignment as the Chief-of-Staff to IBM’s General Manager for N. America.
He began his career at Accenture, where he honed his skills in their CRM Practice as a business and systems analyst.

Jason is based in Northern New Jersey, and outside of work, he spends time with his family of five, coaching youth sports, spending time outdoors, and staying active with his interests in golf, food, travel, and as a N.Y. sports fan.
