Faisal Haque

Faisal brings 30 years of experience helping public and private equity-backed companies define and execute value creation initiatives that improve performance and enable scalable growth. He has led and supported engagements spanning M&A integration, performance improvement, operational excellence, large-scale transformation, and organization and operating model design.
Across his career, Faisal has advised companies ranging from approximately $50M in revenue to more than $50B, with experience across industrials, distribution, CPG/retail, and business services. Prior to joining SSA & Co., he held leadership roles at Deloitte, KPMG, and Grant Thornton, as well as several boutique consulting firms.
Faisal is based in Houston. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his kids’ sports, and traveling.
