Deniz Oker

Deniz is a seasoned management consulting professional with over a decade of experience leading strategy and technology transformation initiatives. She specializes in driving high-impact engagements across growth strategy, go-to-market planning, portfolio optimization, business transformation, value realization, operating model redesign, and system modernization.

Prior to joining SSA & Company, Deniz held key roles at Deloitte and Accenture, where she delivered mission-critical projects for clients in the public sector, utilities, industrials, consumer goods, and private equity–backed portfolio companies across North America. As a day-to-day project lead, she has managed C-suite-level engagements and led cross-functional teams of 25+ across strategy, technology, operations, and product domains.

Based in North Miami, Deniz enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, swimming, occasionally taking her cat to the beach, and performing alternative rock music. She also cherishes spending time with her family in Türkiye.
