Andrew is a knowledgeable leader with over 25 years of experience in consulting and industry roles. He has worked at the senior level in banking, insurance, and real estate for some of the world’s biggest brands: Barclays, HSBC, Hiscox, Prudential, Cushman & Wakefield
Andrew’s skills lie in cross-functional leadership, productivity and cost improvement, restructuring activity, change management, and resilience and risk. This combination of skills allows him to lead teams in delivering robust business and customer-driven change and profitability.
Before joining SSA & Company, Andrew spent a number of years in consulting, operational leadership, and interim executive roles, for multiple business, giving him the ability to rapidly understand businesses and productively engage with leadership.
