Matt Katz, Managing Partner and Head of Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods was quoted in The Wall Street Journal about retail bankruptcy cases that have continued to rise. Despite the drastic rise in cases over the past months, Matt explains that it should not necessarily come as a shock stating, “While the pandemic may have accelerated these filings, these businesses were likely on this path anyhow.”
