Lasandra is an innovative leader with over 15 years of experience in roles focusing on marketing, product management, customer experience, and customer insights. She has advised teams in Tech, E-commerce, Beauty, Retail, Media, and Financial Services. Lasandra has key skills in product development, project management, change management, agile methodology, technology implementation, process improvement, market and consumer research, and data analysis.
Prior to joining SSA & Company Lasandra was a Senior Tech Business Developer at Amazon where she worked across business teams to align the voice of the customer with product developments and innovations. Lasandra is based in Texas and is a member of the firm’s Solutions CoE. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, musical theatre, volunteer work, and international travel.
